20. AleSmith Speedway Stout - Barrel Aged

Speedway Stout - Barrel Aged is 12% ABV and is made in the USA by the AleSmith Brewing Company. It is said to taste like rich milk chocolate with faint taste of coffee and vanilla bourbon.

19. Cubee De Tomme

Cuvee De Tomme has 12% ABV. It is made by The Lost Abbey in the USA. It is made from malted barley, raisins, sugar and sour cherries. It is fully fermented before going into Bourbon barrels. It ages for one year in the barrel.

18. The Angel's Share - Brandy Barrel-Aged

The Angel's Share - Brandy Barrel-Aged has 12% ABV and is made by the Lost Abbey in the United States. Is said to taste of dark chocolates, anise, dark brown sugar, and cranberry. It has a really cool looking label too.

17. Tokyo

Tokyo is brewed in Scotland by Brew Dog. It has 12.00% ABV. Is said to taste like dark chocolate, brandy, and cranberry.

16. Older Viscosity

Older Viscosity is made by Port Brewing in the USA. It has a 12.10% ABV. Many that have tasted it said it taste like vanilla, bourbon, and chocolate. They also said that it lives up to its name in its feel which is thick and viscous.

15. Bourbon County Brand Stout

Bourbon County Brand Stout has 13% ABV and is brewed by Goose Island in the USA. Taste has been said to be vanilla with bourbon and chocolate. Some said it tasted more like bourbon than beer.

14. Decadence

Decadence is brewed in the United States by Weyerbacher Brewing Company. It has 13% ABV. Its tastes is said to be spicy. It was brewed once in 2004 and is no longer being brewed. It is always good to add a little spice to your life when you can!

13. Dark Lord Imperial Stout

Dark Lord Imperial Stout has 13% ABV. Dark Lord's are only available one day per year in April at the Three Floyds Brewing Co. So you better get all you want at one time to last you all year long!

12. Oak Aged Dark Lord Imperial Stout

Dark Lord is made in the USA by Three Floyds Brewing Company. With a 13.00% ABV it has a super rich cholate taste with hints of coffee, vanilla, molasses.

11. Firestone Parabola

Firestone Parabola is made in the United States by the Firestone Walker Brewing Co. This beer is 13%. This Russian imperial oatmeal stout is aged in in bourbon barrels. Which helps to develop flavors of roasted malts, charred oak, and vanilla.

10. Struise Black Albert

Black Albert is made by De Struise Brouwers in Belgium. It has a 13% ABV. It is black beer that should be sipped. It has a roasted taste that also has a taste like Belgian candy.

9. Olfabrikken Sinful Brother

Olfabrikken Sinful Brother is brewed in Denmark. With a 13.50% ABV, if you drink too much you may be the sinful brother. Oh what the heck, try it anyway!

8. Kuhnhenn Raspberry Eisbock

Kuhnhenn Raspberry Eisbock has an ABV of 13.5%. It is made in the USA. As the name and label suggest it taste like raspberry with vanilla. Limited. Cost are high due to hand-labeling and top is wax-dipped.

7. Kuhnhenn Bourbon Barrel Barley Wine

Kuhnhenn Bourbon Barrel Barley Wine has an ABV of 14.50. It is made by Kuhnhenn Brewing Company in the USA. It is said to smell and taste like pineapple.

6. The Beast Grand Cru

The Beast Grand Cru is burgundy in color and smells of honey, nutmeg, mandarin orange and pineapple. Its flavors have been compared to a Carribean rum. The ABV is anywhere from a 14.6 to an 18.1%.

5. The Black Bullet

The Black Bullet is made by Trafalgar. With a 15% ABV it is a strong beer. It has chocolate malt, barley, orange, and coriander taste in a very robust beer. It is no longer being brewed so it may be hard to find.

4. Dark Horizon First Edition

Dark Horizon First Edition is made in Norway by Nogne O and is no longer brewed. It has a 16% ABV. It said to taste like coffee and chocolate. However...you'll probably never drink one because it was released in 2007 and only 6000 were available. Maybe you can catch one of the other Dark Horizon's editions.

3. Trafalgar Korruptor

Korruptor is made by Trafalgar Brewing Company in Canada. At 16% ABV it packs a pretty good punch and is properly labeled as a very strong beer.

2. Trafalgar Critical Mass

Critical Mass beer was made in Canada, however, it is no longer being brewed. It had 17% ABV. Could the critical mass of 17% ABV be the reason it is no longer brewed? There may still be some around still although it maybe hard to find.

1. Sam Adams Triple Bock

The Sam Adams Triple Bock was only made in three years and must be a taste that only a very few like. Several people say it takes like soy sauce and vodka. It has 17.50 ABV. This is said to be the strongest beer available in the United States. Unfortunately, with only three years run, it is sometimes hard to find.
